We've developed many larger systems involving full project management from detailed specification, phased roll-out and customer testing. We generally use industry standard Microsoft products but if an application calls for something more suitable then we'll use it. Very often, Excel spreadsheets and Access databases can be used to provide efficient solutions to operational problems. From pricing and stock lists to customer databases and complex product libraries, we have the experience to leverage the most from software you probably already own!

We are a UK reseller of Microsoft hosted services including Exchange and Office 365.

We use ESET Smart Security in-house to protect pcs and Macs and now supply and support the product range as an official reseller. Check our dedicated ESET page for further details.

Hardware

CCTV system installation using the latest hardware so that systems can be accessed remotely from pc, tablet or mobile for live viewing or playback of recorded footage.

After a site survey, we will suggest suitable cameras and equipment then complete all cabling and configuration to meet your needs. Apart from obvious security benefits, it can also be useful to monitor lone-working situations or remote retail outlets.

IT Sorted can provide full network installation from cabling, cabinets and hardware.

We have years of experience in hardware repair including desktop pc diagnostics and component replacement. Laptop components such as replacement screens or power connectors which tend to be common failure points can also be renewed at reasonable cost.

We source and supply a wide range of hardware, from desktop pcs to tablets and from printers to network components. Product selection is always subject to finding the most suitable fit for the purpose required, value for money playing a crucial part as well of course!

The word Consultancy has many unfavourable connotations but for us, it means help and advice on any IT issues - whether suggesting suitable new hardware or proposing solutions to operational bottle-necks. This can be a quick call for advice or a site visit to discuss further over a cup of coffee but in any case, we pride ourselves on a practical, friendly approach!

We can offer your company a tailored, low cost monthly support subscription to cover general IT issues or software support with no contract tie-in. Every month, a detailed report of all support calls and maintenance is provided to enable regular reviews of recurring issues and the level of cover required.
