When one of Fixwell
Fastener's computers had been repaired, they were left in the lurch as none
of their software had been re-installed and the office network not configured.
Owner Wayne Huxtable gave us a call as they were unable to process any accounts
or invoice any sales.
All the necessary software was re-installed and the company accounts software re-configured to allow access by the other computer in the office.
Fixwell were back up and running within 48 hours of the call.
